Laeh brings over a decade of experience as a swim coach and instructor to her role, having worked with swimmers of all ages and skill levels at the New Rochelle YMCA, JCC Mid-Westchester, Harrison Recreation, and currently at the Rye YMCA. A lifelong swimmer, she competed as an age group swimmer, training with esteemed local clubs such as Badger, Middies, and Empire. She continued her athletic career at Pace University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. Today, she continues to train as a member of USA Swimming Masters.
